Maybe it’s just me, but the setup felt confusing and not very straightforward. I’m curious if other people had an easier time with it, because I had to stop and figure things out more than I expected.

I used it for a little while, but the feedback didn’t feel that accurate to me. There were times when my breathing was clearly uneven, but it still told me I was doing fine. After that happened a few times, I started having a hard time trusting it. For what it costs, I was expecting something that felt more reliable.

I bought Resperate because I was hoping it might help lower my blood pressure without me having to add another pill. It wasn’t hard to use, but I won’t say it didn’t take me a few tries to get the breathing guide down.

After around 6 weeks, my numbers are a little better, maybe about 5 points lower on average. Some days there’s no change at all, so it’s definitely not some magic fix, but it’s not like it did nothing either.

I’m still using it because it does help me relax, and that part is nice. For the price, though, I can’t say I wasn’t expecting a bit more. Overall, it’s not bad, just kind of mixed results for me.

I picked up resperate after spending some time reading the info on their site and flipping through the booklet that came with it. Once I got the hang of the belt and the tones, the sessions were easy to follow. I also appreciated that it explains the idea behind slower breathing in a way that makes sense without feeling overly medical.

The sensor can be a bit picky if I’m not sitting just right, but that’s not a huge deal once you figure it out. Overall it’s calming to use, and I’m happy with the purchase. I’d give it 4 stars

I returned it and it was kind of a whole annoying process. I kept having to ask them what was going on, like more than I feel I should have, and then the refund still took forever to come back. Customer service didn’t really seem that helpful either, so yeah, not really worth the stress for me.

I really wanted this to work, but the sensor belt feels awful when I wear it. It sits uncomfortably on my body and I found myself constantly aware of it instead of being able to relax or focus. it was disappointing because I had high hopes for it.

Trusted it after looking it over. Doctor stuff seemed to check out, so felt comfortable with it.

Support did get back to me, so I guess that’s what matters, but it took a few days. I’m not sure if I was expecting too much, but it felt a little slow while I was waiting

I felt like this was way too expensive for what I got out of it. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me the results were basic and didn’t really feel worth the money...

I’m happy with my resperate overall. It works well for me, and I’d recommend it. The only thing that frustrated me was having to wait longer than I expected, but once I finally got to use it, I was pleased with it

I ordered from resperate.com and overall the shipping was fine. I got the tracking email after about a day, and the package showed up within the timeframe they gave me. The box was in good shape too, so no complaints there. The only thing I noticed was that the tracking updates felt a little slow to come through. Has anyone else had that same issue, or was it just my order?

I’ve been using Resperate most nights for the past few weeks, and in my experience it does take a little commitment to make it part of the routine. When I’m good about using it regularly, my readings seem to look steadier. It’s definitely not an instant fix, but for me it feels worth sticking with.

It does what it’s supposed to do, but getting everything set up was more annoying than I expected. The app feels a little clunky too, kind of like some of the older software I used to deal with at my last job. Once it’s running, it’s okay, but the whole experience could definitely be smoother

I like that Resperate doesn’t ask too much of me. I use it for about 15 minutes in the evening, usually just sitting on the couch, and it’s been easy to make part of my routine. I thought I’d forget or get tired of it, but it doesn’t feel like some huge health chore. It feels calm, simple, and like a responsible thing to do for myself. For the small amount of time it takes, I feel good about sticking with it.

I’d say my sleep is roughly a bit better since using it, which is nice. The setup took me longer than I expected though, and was kind of annoying at first. Overall, it seems to be helping somewhat.

I got my RESPeRATE a few weeks ago, and my first reaction was honestly, “Oh wow, this is nicer than I expected.” The sensor strap, screen, and buttons all feel sturdy and well made, not like cheap plastic. It’s easy to hold, simple to use, and doesn’t feel like something that’s going to fall apart with daily use. Straightforward design, but it feels thoughtfully put together. I’m really happy with it so far

I’ve been using this when my anxiety starts acting up, and it does help me feel calmer sometimes. It’s not a guaranteed fix every single time, but overall i’m glad I tried it.
